Refund policy

Changing your mind
If you change your mind you have 28 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it - this includes, and goes beyond, your 14-day legal right to cancel an online order. Email hello@monix.store to start a return. You may open the box and inspect the item as you would in a shop; if it's been used beyond that - for example a wallet that has been set up or initialised - we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. Once you've told us, please send the goods back within 14 days; you arrange and pay for return shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or proof of postage), with no fee.

Faulty items
If your item is faulty or not as described, none of the above applies: you're entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we pay the return postage.
