Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally. If you are outside the UK you can browse the store, but you will not be able to place an order.

Delivery cost

Free delivery on all orders of £30 and over. Orders under £30 are charged a flat £5.00.

Dispatch times

Orders are picked and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre on business days. We aim to dispatch within one business day of your order being placed.

Delivery times

Orders are sent with Royal Mail and are fully tracked. Delivery normally takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. These times are estimates provided by the carrier.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking reference in your order dispatch email.

Complete orders only

We do not send partial shipments. Your order is dispatched once every item in it is available.

Signature on delivery

Some orders are sent tracked and signed, and need someone to sign for them. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel. If you live in a flat, please add a phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody accepted the delivery, we will refund you once the item is back at our warehouse.

Delivery disclaimer

Once we hand a parcel to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We sincerely hope and expect that all deliveries are made within the timelines provided, but these are managed and executed by the carrier. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment.
