Shipping within the UK

We ship using Royal Mail or DPD and all orders will be fully tracked. We aim to ship orders on the day of purchase if the order is placed before 2pm UK time. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day, which would mean that your brand new crypto hardware wallet is in your hands within 1-3 working days depending on which delivery option you choose.

We can currently ship to the countries listed below. If your country is not listed at checkout, it means we are unable to ship to it, but please get in touch and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Rest of World: Australia, Azerbaijan, Burundi, Canada, China, Cyprus, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Malta, Malaysia, Nigeria, Oman, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, USA.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Customs and Duties

For customers outside the UK, please be aware that each country has different rules for import taxes, duties and customs fees. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay these charges, which will be levied upon the goods arriving in the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Tracked and Signed

International orders will be shipped with DPD, will be fully tracked to the delivery point and require a signature on arrival. Any orders are fully insured against accidental loss or damage in transit.

Estimated Delivery Timing

Orders placed will be processed and dispatched either the same day or the following business day. DPD offers the following estimated delivery times, note that these are estimates and we rely on our partners at DPD to fulfil the orders on time.

Europe: 2 - 6 business days depending on destination

Rest of World: 3 - 13 business days depending on destination

Delivery Disclaimer

Upon dispatching your order, the package is handed over to the chosen shipping company. We sincerely hope and expect that all deliveries are made as per the timelines provided. However, please note that these delivery timelines are provided, managed, and executed by the shipping company. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment.

Additionally, should a delivery be returned to sender due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, failure to accept or any other reasons), a refund will be processed only upon the item's return to our warehouse.
